Euthanasia Level 1:
Provides for home visit and euthanasia only. Remains are left in the pet owner's care for home burial, or for collection by a crematory, mortuary, cemetery, or city agency. Payment for this service must be in cash, or by debit/credit card (checks cannot be accepted.)

Payments
Dr. Smith accepts cash, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. For most services, and with a valid California Drivers License/State ID, we'll even take a check.
Full payment is required at the time of the house call, unless prior arrangements have been made.

*Euthanasia fees are all inclusive - no additional house call or examination fees apply. Exact fee depends on estimated weight of pet at time of euthanasia, which will be determined by Dr Smith at the time of the home visit.
