Cancellation: $100
May be charged when a pet owner cancels a house call with less than two hours' notice.
Special Handling: $50-200
May be charged when a pet's behavior demands extra time, effort and/or risk to personnel.

Dr. Steve accepts cash, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. With a valid California Drivers License or State ID, we'll even take a check.**
Full payment is required at the time of the house call, unless prior arrangements have been made.
